Advanced packaging and heterogeneous integration are reshaping how semiconductors are designed and manufactured. APECS is the EU Chips Act pilot line built to develop European capability in both.
The evening opens with welcome remarks and keynote talks, including Polar Light Technologies on their experience working with APECS and receiving support from SCCC, before continuing with networking and a standing dinner.
The reception takes place the evening before NordPac Conference.

The event is aimed at companies and researchers active in the Nordic semiconductor community. Registration closes 1 June.
Semiconductor Arena is co-funded by the European Union and run by Kista Science City, KTH, RISE and Sting.
