SCAPE brings together researchers and industry specialists to share the latest in silicon carbide, gallium nitride, packaging, reliability and power electronics applications. The 2026 programme includes a full tutorial day, two days of technical sessions with speakers from leading industry companies and research institutions, a panel discussion and an exhibition.
