A dramatic, moody interior space with dark grey walls and a diagonal architectural beam. At the centre, an open camouflage-patterned box with a warm glowing interior sits spotlit on a low dark plinth, surrounded by rows of dark upholstered chairs arranged in a semicircle. Small round side tables with glass water bottles and tumblers are placed beside the seating, suggesting an intimate presentation or exhibition setting.

The event is built around the unboxing of three technologies. The presenting companies have time to go beyond the standard pitch and show how their technology works and in what context it could be relevant. Each presentation is followed by a QnA, before the programme moves into a broader discussion with perspectives from research, industry and end users.
