This digital training supports companies in establishing a structured foundation for ongoing cybersecurity work. The focus is on integrating security work into everyday business, development and management processes.

The course consists of two modules and focuses on strengthening organisational cybersecurity maturity through simplified risk management, continuity planning and incident handling. It also supports organisations in meeting regulatory requirements such as NIS2 and the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA).

Module 1 is delivered as an individual course session and is offered on 10 dates in February–April. It covers:

  • Identifying key assets that need protection
  • Understanding relevant threat landscapes
  • Establishing basic security objectives, responsibilities and follow-up

To fully benefit from the training, participants continue with Module 2, which builds on Module 1 with a focus on shared responsibility and organisational follow-up.

The training is delivered by Johanna Cederström, senior consultant in cybersecurity and risk management with extensive experience in practical, business-oriented security work.

Who should join?

The training is primarily aimed at SMEs developing digital products and services, but is also relevant for companies within industry, automation and critical infrastructure.
